|Recommended: YesGreat location and convenient facilities. — I love the location and my apartment view. Having a parking spot on the same level is very convenient. I enjoy the gym and the pool. Some neighbours are very nice and polite, some other do not care about keeping common areas clean and tidy.

|Recommended: YesI love living here for the most part — I really like the community and love the spaciousness of my apartment and the closeness to southtown and downtown at pretty competetive rates. The only downside is when I moved in there were roaches in the kitcen and all over both bathrooms which they came out and sprayed for and now 3 mos later they are back. I just put in another maintenance request. I was told the first time to make sure to keep all food put up, dishes done counters clean etc but come on my husband works two jobs, I work full time and I am a mother I cannot keep up with the kitchen every single day although I try. l I never had this problem anywhere else I lived and I keep up with this place way more because this problem. I cannot stand bugs At least they are only in the kitchen and usually only a few daily but it drives me crazy.

|Recommended: YesGreat place, great value — You're not going to find a better value for the location. The apartments are nice and spacious. It does suck that the roads get closed off pretty frequently and you've got to use back roads to move around, but honestly, you're living downtown. That's just what happens.

|Recommended: YesSo Close To Everything — I really love my apartment. Hemisfair Park is right across the street and the Alamodome is on the other side of the highway. S Alamo and the Blue Star Arts Complex is only about a 10 minute walk. It's about a 15 minute walk to Rivercenter Mall, the Alamo, and the Convention Center and about a 20 - 25 minute walk to the booming SA tech district and Majestic Theater. You basically never have to pay for parking. You're also a short walk away from everything Southtown has to offer. Since you're so close to everything though, several surrounding streets are often closed on the weekends so event-goers don't park in residential parking. As long as you know or learn your way around, it's not hard to get to from the apartment. My only complaints are 1 my fridge has stopped cooling three times in the six months that I've lived here. It seems the first two times it was just a quick fix because when it was fixed the third time they had to replace a part and defrost it twice. However, they were always very quick to respond to my maintenance requests. 2 Sometimes it's hard to find parking in the residents' parking garages. I think some residents let their guests park in the garage even though they aren't supposed to. Other than that, I love living here. The rent is cheap compared to other downtown Southtown apartments, its quiet but secure, and everything is so close by.

|Recommended: YesConvenient and friendly place to live — I like the spacious layout and the garage parking. Street closures come with the property but it only happens from time to time because of certain events at the alamodome. The complex is close to shopping and eateries in the King Williams area.
